The body can carry what the mind hasn’t found words for yet.

You may know exactly what you want to change. Or you may only know that something is no longer working.

The argument you promised yourself you wouldn’t have again. The sadness you can’t quite account for. The old ways of coping that once kept you safe and now keep you stuck.

I’m Sarah, a psychotherapist working with adults and teenagers in Bray. My work brings together relational and attachment-based thinking with a trauma-informed understanding of the body and nervous system. Together we make room for what has been carried for a long time, and begin to make sense of it at your own pace.

There’s no need to have the words ready. You’re welcome to start where you are.

Are you ready to take the next step?
